#12500 - HTP E-Z Flip
Welding Helmet
A truly convenient, "wide view" helmet that is a delight to use. One of
the most useful features a helmet can have is a comfortable positive action
in the headgear up and down positions. Our unique E-Z FLIP models offer
just that. In the up position, it's locked tight out of your way, but flips
down into welding position with a simple quick nod. The helmet drops to
the same spot each time. There are no half positions or friction stops,
no need to stop welding to adjust your helmet. The E-Z FLIP is so light
and comfortable you hardly know you're wearing it, with a fully adjustable
padded headgear. This model features a full 4 1/2"W X 5 1/4"H #9 shaded
lens for greater viewing area, mounted lengthwise for a narrower overall
helmet. The plastic cover plate is pit and shatter-resistant.
#12501 - HTP E-Z Flip Helmet w/#9 Gold Coated Lens
Same as the #12500 but comes with a #9 gold coated lens. This specially
designed lens reflects rather than absorbs heat. Gold coating absorbs
yellow light, while transmitting the blue light of welder's arc. Reduces
glare while permitting wearer to see the work more clearly. Lens remains
cooler; eyes are protected from infrared rays.

#12504 - HTP Hand Welding Shield
A high quality hand-held shield for those hard-to-reach areas, or when
others are in your immediate welding area. Ideal for welding demonstrations
and some industrial applications. Made of rugged plastic and fitted
with a replaceable #9 shaded lens. Protects onlookers from ultraviolet
rays produced when welding. NOT RECOMMENDED AS A REPLACEMENT FOR A
WELDING HELMET, but as an addition to your normal safety equipment.
