Let's face it, welding fumes can be hazardous to your health. With galvanized metal being used more and more it's important to remove welding fumes right at the source. That's where the SE1000 Smoke Eliminator System from HTP comes in.

The key to the system is our Smoke Eliminator welding gun. This advanced MIG Gun design actually pulls the fumes away right at the welding gun nozzle, before they have a chance to disperse into the air. An adjustable suction nozzle and swivel valve allows you to adjust the vacuum flow to remove the smoke but not lose the shielding gas coverage. The Smoke Eliminator Welding gun is a light weight, compact MIG gun, rated at 180 amps, 60% duty cycle. It uses standard MIG welding tips and nozzles, and can be installed on any mig welding machine.

The Smoke Eliminator welding gun is connected to the SE1000 vacuum system. This vacuum has been designed specifically for smoke removal applications. It features a 1 1/3 HP motor which is cooled with fresh air for long life. The unit also automatically starts when welding starts, and has an adjustable delay to stop the unit when welding stops. There is also an indicator light which lets you know when your filter is full. The SE1000 has an efficiency rating of 99.7% @ 5 microns.
