Nozzle Gel #12024
The most convenient anti-spatter material we've
ever offered. This anti-spatter welding gel
lubricates nozzles and tips, preventing spatter
build-up for longer nozzle life, and does it in a
whole new way!
HTP Nozzle Gel comes in an
aluminum can (won't burn or melt) with a
twist-off top. Each container has a magnetic
bottom, so you can stick it anywhere convenient
to your project area, and dip your hot nozzle in
as you weld, without moving the can. Spatter just
taps out! This odorless gel is firm, stays put in
high temperature use, even sideways or upside
down with the magnetic base. Contents by volume 6
fl. oz., net wt 5.25 oz. We recommend this
sensible product to all MIG welder owners.

Prime-A-Weld Zinc #12022
Auto workers and metal men for years have used
hot dip zinc to slow or stop corrosion.
Prime-A-Weld is 95% zinc blended with 5% epoxy
resin to produce one tough film. Regular paints
can't hold up or bond properly to metal - they
are just coatings. Prime-A-Weld zinc-rich
treatment actually welds through and chemically
fuses to the work surface. Rust doesn't even have
a chance to start.
Prime-A-Weld has complete
weld-through capability and won't interfere with
spotwelds like undercoat paint or plastics.
Perfect for rockers, blind panels found on
antique restoration, or today's unibody cars.
We are proud of this fine
product. HTP Prime-A-Weld zinc meets or exceeds
all performance requirements including the
following specs: MIL-T-210335, repair for hot dip
galvanizing. MIL-P-346105-Weld thru primer.
Preece test for hot dip galvanizing. Remember, if
it won't meet or beat all these requirements, it
simply won't work properly. You invest your
valuable time and energy, the least we can do is
provide the best product for your needs.

Heat Sponge
Have you ever welded or heated an area
of your prized auto or a customer's car only to
remove your goggles to find warped metal,
discolored paint, or broken glass? What was the
cost of the damage?
We have an incredible solution
. . . HTP Heat Sponge works like magic to absorb
heat and stop the damage it can cause!
It's easy. Spread a liberal
amount around the work area, then put some more
on for good measure (Heat Sponge is reusable -
put it back in the can until you need it again).
Now get your torch or MIG, and do your brazing or
welding. Heat Sponge does the rest, soaking up
the dangerous heat next to your finished work.
The putty is dried out in the heat exchange and
your antique or auto panel is protected from heat
damage.
Wipe off the Heat Sponge and
put it back in the can. Rinse the work area with
water and you're done. It's just that simple. HTP
Heat Sponge works for lead applications near
gaskets or windows, use it vertically,
horizontally, or overhead. Non-toxic (contains no
asbestos), safe for skin contact, produces no
odor, however we recommend it for professional
use, can not be taken internally, and keep out of
reach of children. Add up the advantages:
eliminate discoloration, distortion, and
breakage, save costly tear down and reassembly,
save time and money.

to minimize overspray, they wanted Brushable
