Swan Neck
How many times
have you been welding on your car and to get in
that tight spot you needed a different angle on
the welding gun, or a straight swan neck instead
of a bent one? I've found myself in that same
situation several times and knew there had to be
a better way. So I sat down with our design team,
described the problem, and they came up with the
solution - the HTP Flexible Swan Neck. The
Flexible Swan Neck will allow you to bend the end
of your welding gun into virtually any position,
allowing you access to very tight confined areas.
You know the job; you can barely get your hand
and the welding gun in there. Now, with the
Flexible Swan Neck you can position the Swan Neck
so it points right where you want it. A necessity
for getting up over the top of muffler pipes.
Racers love it for working on roll cages.
Available as a conversion for Binzel and Tweco
style welding guns, or as a complete gun assembly
to fit most welders on the market.

Have you ever
wanted to fixture a project in a perfect 90ƒ
angle? Then we have the clamp for you. The HTP
angle clamp takes set-up time and effort out of
metalworking applications that require right
angle welding, machining, or grinding. The self
centering jaw adjusts to accommodate work pieces
of different sizes. The HTP angle clamp is made
from cast iron and zinc plated for long life. It
features a hardened steel spindle with heat
treated copper plating to resist spatter. Slotted
holes allow you to mount this clamp on a
workbench or drill press. Work surfaces and the
base are milled to exacting specifications to
give you added precision. This is a great clamp
for home/farm/shop use as well as industrial
applications.

HTP Bracket Bender
This is one of the
handiest tools I have come across. You won't
believe all the uses you'll find for it! Designed
for muffler shops so they can bend brackets and
hangers to weld on to universal mufflers, this
tool will do so much more. Mount it in a vise, or
weld it to a bench, the HTP Bracket Bender can
bend up to 3/16" diameter round stock or
flat stock up to 1/8" x 1".
For street rodders or car restorers, the
bracket bender is perfect for making custom
throttle or transmission linkages. If you're a
neat freak, you can custom make hooks to hang
extension cords or tools. I used it to make a
hanger to wrap up the cord on our portable air
compressor. Farmers and ranchers will find this
tool extremely handy for making brackets or
linkage for modifications to implements. Whatever
bracket or linkage you may need, the HTP bracket
bender is up to the test!
